Tell us who to call in an emergency

Updated on 3 November 2026

When one of your services goes down, we sometimes need to reach someone at your company without waiting: to approve an intervention, or simply to tell you. The Who to call in an emergency list tells us who to call, and in which order.

It's on the Team page, if our team opened the feature for your account. All your contacts read it; only a contact with full access changes it.

Fill in the list

  1. Open Team, tab Emergency contacts.
  2. Click Add contacts (or Change).
  3. For each person, type their Name, their Phone, and if you wish their Role, their E-mail and a Note (« call twice at night », for example).
  4. In When to call, choose Day and night or Working hours only.
  5. Put the people in calling order with the arrows: the first is called first.
  6. Click Save.

Example: first, your technical lead, day and night; second, your front desk's number, working hours only.

Good to know

  • 5 people at most.
  • These people don't need access to the client area: it's just a calling list.
  • Keep it up to date: a stale number costs us time at the worst moment.
  • This list doesn't replace your alert channels (e-mail, Slack, PagerDuty…): those warn you automatically, while the list serves our team when it must talk to someone.
