Who processes your data

Atlas Hoster, a company under Moroccan law, is the controller of the data collected on this site and in the client portal. You may write to us for any question at the address given on the Contact page.

What we collect

• Contact, quote and order forms: name, e-mail address, company, phone, message. This data serves to answer you and prepare a proposal; it is kept three years after the last exchange.
• Client account: identity, contact details, sign-in addresses, activity log of the portal, to provide and secure the services, for the duration of the contract and five years afterwards for accounting obligations.
• Technical logs: IP addresses and requests received by our servers, kept ninety days for security and diagnosis.
• Audience measurement: this site uses no advertising cookies. Audience measurement, when active, is aggregated and does not follow visitors from one site to another.

Who we share it with

Our technical providers (partner datacenters in Europe and Morocco, Cloudflare for the protection of the sites, the payment providers YouCan Pay and PayPal for payments), only to perform the services. We neither sell nor rent your data.

Your rights

You have a right of access, rectification, objection and erasure (and, for residents of the European Union, the rights the GDPR gives them). Write to us; we answer within thirty days. You may also refer to the data protection authority of your country.

Security

Data is transmitted encrypted (TLS), stored on monitored servers, backed up and protected by named, traced accesses. Passwords are never stored in clear.

Data hosted by our clients

For the data our clients host on our services, we act as a processor: we do not read it, we process it only on the client's instructions and we protect it as the contract commits.
