Report abuse

If a site or server hosted with us sends unsolicited messages, publishes unlawful content, infringes a copyright or attacks your infrastructure, report it to us: we handle every report.

How to report

Write to us from the Contact page (department "Technical support") with:

  • the address of the site or the IP address concerned;
  • the nature of the problem (spam, phishing, unlawful content, copyright infringement, attack);
  • the evidence: full headers of a message, log extracts with timestamps and time zone, page addresses;
  • your contact details, so that we can come back to you.

What we do

We acknowledge within one business day, we check the elements, we ask the client concerned to fix the issue within a delay suited to its severity and, in an emergency (ongoing attack, phishing), we suspend access to the content or the service without waiting. We tell you the outcome as far as the law and the confidentiality owed to our clients allow.

A copyright report must identify the work, the disputed content and its exact address, and include a good-faith statement from the person entitled to act for the rights holder.
