Switching company, language or theme

A few comfort settings sit at the top right of the client area. None of them touch your services; they only change how you work.
Several companies, one address
If you are a contact of more than one company (say your own business and a customer you look after), a Company selector appears in the top bar, next to the logo.
- Open the selector.
- Pick the company.
The portal goes back to the home page and now shows that company's services, invoices and tickets, with the rights you have there. Those rights can differ: technical at one company, administrative at another. Your password and two-factor authentication stay the same.
If a company only allows sign-in from certain addresses, the switch can be refused with "This company does not allow sign-in from your address."
Language
The portal speaks French and English. To switch:
- your account menu (your initials, top right), line Language: Français or English;
- the Account page, Profile tab, Language field;
- before you sign in, the FR and EN buttons on the sign-in page.
The change applies at once. Once you are signed in, your choice is kept with your account: the portal opens in that language on all your devices, and the e-mails we send you (invoices, payment receipts, services delivered, support replies…) go out in that same language.
Until you choose, the e-mails follow your company's language, which our team sets on its record (French by default). Messages addressed to the company itself (maintenance notices, incidents, invoice reminders) go out in the company's language.
Light or dark theme
In the same menu, the Theme line has three icons: Light, System (follows your computer or phone) and Dark.
Logging out
Also in that menu: Log out. Worth doing on a shared computer.
Good to know
The left menu folds by section: click a section title to close or open it, and the browser remembers your choice. On a phone, open the menu with the three-line button at the top left.
