Find answers in the help centre

Updated on 11 October 2026

The help centre has articles on every page of the client area: how to pay an invoice, invite a colleague, read your logs and more. Every contact can use it, from Help › Help in the menu, the Help link at the bottom of each page, or the menu under your name.

  1. Type one or more words in Search the help…, for example invoice transfer.
  2. Results appear as you type, each with the start of the article.

A few tips:

  • every word you type must appear in the article (title, keywords or text), so fewer words bring more results;
  • accents and capitals don't matter;
  • the most-read articles come first.

You can also browse a category by clicking one of the chips under the search box (All takes you back to everything). Your search stays in the page address, so you can send it to a colleague.

Help comes to you, too

  • Some pages show a "Help on this page:" line with the articles that matter there.
  • When you write a support request, a "These articles may answer it:" box suggests articles based on the subject you type.

The question mark in the top bar

On every page of the client area, the question mark at the top right opens Help on this page: the list of articles written for the page you're reading. On a service's page the list follows the open tab: on Backups you get the article about backups; on Firewall, the one about the firewall.

Below the list, Search the help centre opens this page and Ask the support opens a new request. If the question mark doesn't show, this help isn't turned on for your client area: the Help menu is still there.

Tell us if an article helped

At the bottom of each article, answer "Was this helpful?" with Yes or No. You can change your mind later: only your latest vote counts. Votes tell us which articles to improve first.

If you answer No, an Ask support link appears so you can ask your question directly.

If nothing turns up

When no article matches ("No article for …"), the Ask support button opens a new request with your search as its subject.

Good to know

The articles you see depend on your access level: an administrative contact doesn't see purely technical articles, and vice versa. A contact with full access sees everything.
