Your free trial VPS

Updated on 4 November 2026

You asked for a free trial on our site and our team accepted it: a VPS is lent to you to test before you order. Here is what you can do with it, and what happens at the end.

Find your VPS

Open your client area with the link you got by e-mail, then Your services. Your trial VPS shows there as soon as it's ready, under a name starting with « Essai ». Its page shows the Your VPS card: its address, the user and the password to sign in.

You can start it, stop it, reboot it and open its web console, like an ordered VPS.

The end of the trial

The service's page shows a banner: « Free trial: this VPS and everything on it are deleted for good on … ». At that date and time, the VPS is destroyed with its disks. Nothing is billed to you.

Example: your VPS is delivered on Monday at 10:00 for a 24-hour trial. The banner says Tuesday at 10:00: that's when it goes.

Copy what you want to keep before the end (files, a database export): after the deletion we can't restore anything.

Carry on after the trial

A trial doesn't turn into a paid VPS. If the test convinced you, order the offer you want on our site, then reinstall your project on it. See « Order a new service ».

The trial's limits

  • One trial per company. A second request is refused.
  • Sending e-mail is closed: outgoing port 25 is blocked on a trial VPS. The rest of the network works.
  • The machine's firewall can't be changed from the client area during the trial.
  • The length can't be extended and the trial doesn't change offer.

Common questions

My VPS doesn't show yet. Creating it takes a few minutes after the acceptance. If it still isn't there after an hour, open a support request.

I need more time. Write to the support before the trial ends: our team tells you what is possible.

Can I keep the trial's IP address? No: trial addresses are kept for trials. An ordered VPS gets its own address.
