Check your company's activity log

Updated on 6 October 2026

Who blocked that address? When did this colleague last sign in? Who changed a DNS record? The activity log answers that kind of question. You'll find it under My profile › Activity, and it's for contacts with full access.

What gets recorded

  • Your contacts' actions in the client area: sign-ins, password and two-factor changes, invitations and rights changes, support requests, payments opened, invoice and document downloads, actions on your machines, blocks, DNS, probes, API tokens and more.
  • Failed sign-ins on your contacts' email addresses, shown in red: useful for spotting an intrusion attempt.
  • What our team did on your contacts and zones (a contact created, a right changed, an address blocked), shown as Our team.

Each line shows the time, who did it, the action and what it applied to, your contacts' IP address and a few useful details. Lines are grouped by day.

  1. Choose the Period: 7 days, 30 days (default), 90 days or 1 year.
  2. Narrow by type with the second menu: All actions, Sign-ins, Team, Blocks, Monit actions or Our team.
  3. When several people appear, pick one in the Who menu.
  4. Type a word in Search in what is shown, for example an IP address or a domain name.

The page loads the 100 most recent entries; Show older loads more. The search and the person filter work on what's already loaded.

Export

The CSV button downloads the log for the chosen period and type, up to 5,000 lines. Handy for a security audit or to keep an archive.

Good to know

  • The log is read-only: no line can be deleted from the client area.
  • Our team's IP addresses are never shown, only your contacts'.
  • A contact removed from your company keeps their history in the log.
