Signing in to the client area
Updated on 6 October 2026
You sign in to your client area with your e-mail address and your own password. If two-factor authentication is on for your account, you also type a code.
Your first time: the invitation
We, or a colleague of yours, send you an invitation e-mail.
- Open the link in the e-mail. The Welcome page shows your name, your address and your company.
- Pick a password of at least 10 characters and type it again in Confirm.
- Click Save and sign in.
The link works once and for 7 days. If it has expired, ask whoever invited you for a new one.
Signing in
- Enter your E-mail and Password.
- Click Sign in.
- With two-factor authentication on, type the 6-digit code shown by your authenticator app, or one of your recovery codes, then click Sign in again.
Each recovery code works only once, so cross it off after using it. Back to sign-in takes you back to the first form.
Forgot your password
- On the sign-in page, click Forgot your password?.
- Type your address and click Send me a link.
- Open the link you receive, choose a new password and save it.
The page says the same thing whether the address has an access or not, on purpose. The link is valid for one hour and works once. We send at most one link every 5 minutes, so if nothing arrives, look in your spam folder before asking again. If two-factor authentication is on, you land back on the sign-in page afterwards to enter the new password and your code.
Good to know
- After several failed tries the page says "Too many attempts: try again in a few minutes." Wait a little and try again.
- If your company requires two-factor authentication, only the Account page opens until you turn it on.
- Some companies only allow sign-in from their own IP addresses. From another network the sign-in is refused, with the same message as a wrong password.
Questions
I lost my phone and my recovery codes. Contact support (a colleague can open the ticket for you): our team can reset two-factor authentication on your account.
The link says it has already been used. Sign in with your password, or ask for a new link with Forgot your password?.
