Follow our announcements

We post our news as announcements: a new offer, a change of prices, planned work on our infrastructure. They're meant for all our clients and you read them in your client area, once signed in.

Where to read them

• On the home page of your client area, the Announcements box shows pinned announcements and those of the last 30 days. Click a title to open it.
• An announcement we have pinned also shows in a banner at the top of every page of your client area, with the Read the announcement link. Close it with the cross: it only comes back for a new pinned announcement.
• The Announcements page (under Help) lists them all, newest first, with pinned ones at the top.

Announcements show in the language of your client area, French or English.

Good to know

• Announcements aren't public: you need to be signed in to the client area to read them. If you send the page's address to a colleague, they'll have to sign in with their own access; if they don't have one, see the article "Invite and manage your company's contacts".
• They don't appear on our website and there is no RSS feed.
• Announcements aren't sent by e-mail. For maintenance that affects your services, we write to you directly; see also the article "See planned maintenances and add them to your calendar".
• For the live state of your services, see the article "Publish a status page for your customers" instead.
