Webmaster Help PRO service

The Webmaster Help PRO service is available to all our clients. With this service, you get the personal assistance of an experienced web technician who can carry out for you (or help you carry out) the following tasks:

* Transfer of your website from another server * Installation/integration of web software * Tailored telephone support * Optimisation/checking of your code * Personal training. This service includes at most one hour of work by our technicians, who can contact you by telephone. Telephone appointments can be arranged at the time that suits you best, between 9 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays).

Our technicians are all experts in web design, programming and search engine optimisation, with several years of experience. To add one of these services to an account already bought from us:

1. Sign in to the Client Hub 2. Click My Account > My Products/Services > Professional Installation > click Order to complete the purchase. 3. Make the payment. 4.After your purchase, open a support ticket giving the details of the work needed. 5. You will receive a confirmation of the appointment within 2 working days. Please note that this service cannot guarantee you a specific result. The webmaster will do their best to complete the task in less than an hour but, depending on the complexity of the project, more time may be needed. In that case, you will need to order one or more additional units of the Webmaster Help service. For further help that is not related to the hosting of your site and would need more than 10 hours of work, please contact us to discuss your needs. We offer consulting in website design, PHP and Perl programming, MySQL management, optimisation of your code, and/or search engine optimisation.
