Contract renewal
Updated on 3 November 2026
If you made your initial purchase by credit card, or added a card to your account through the Client Area, your services are renewed automatically 3 days before their due date, unless you ask otherwise in writing. If you did not use a credit card, you will need to send us your payment by the method of your choice before the due date. An invoice is issued for every service renewal 30 days before its due date, but you can also add funds to your account in the Client Area. We strongly recommend renewing at least 2 weeks before your contract expires, to guarantee the continuity of your service. A contract that is not renewed leads to the immediate suspension of the hosting account and of the domain name. Any hosting account suspended for more than 14 days may be deleted permanently. With most extensions, an expired domain name can normally be renewed up to 29 days after its expiry. After 29 days, the domain in question may, depending on the registry of its top-level domain, either enter an extended redemption period, become available to the public again, or be sent to domain redistribution services. In short, any expired domain may no longer belong to you; so renew it on time to save yourself a lot of trouble!
