Why is my order marked as fraudulent?

Updated on 3 November 2026

While ordering a service or product on our website, you may receive a message telling you that your order has been marked as fraudulent. Do not panic! Our hosting management system receives several dozen orders a day. Unfortunately, a growing share of these orders is sent by very sophisticated "robots" or by professional fraudsters, who fill in every field of a form and use stolen credit cards to obtain hosting plans that are then used for illegitimate purposes (fraudulent sites, mass sending of spam, sites with viruses/malware). To counter these fraudulent orders, our system automatically sorts each order and automatically blocks the orders judged to be high-risk. As an example, an order is judged potentially fraudulent if the country given in the order does not match the geographic location of the person placing it. In a few cases, the automatic detection of the geographic location may return a wrong result. If your legitimate order has been marked as fraudulent, you need to contact us directly to have your order activated manually. Although this approach sometimes causes problems and frustration for legitimate clients, it nevertheless prevents our systems from being used for illegitimate purposes (which can sometimes even crash servers completely). You can contact us by e-mail or telephone using the details on our contact page.
