Pay your invoices automatically (PayPal or credit)
Updated on 7 November 2026
The client area does not store a bank card to charge your invoices. Automatic payment works in two ways, depending on your invoices' currency:
| Your invoices are in | Automatic payment by |
|---|---|
| euros | your linked PayPal account, or your credit |
| dirhams | your credit, topped up in advance |
These features are for contacts with administrative or full access, and only show if our team has turned them on for your account.
Link your PayPal account (invoices in euros)
- Sign in to the Client area.
- Go to Billing › Invoices, then open the Credit and automatic payment tab.
- In the Automatic payment card, click Link PayPal.
- On PayPal's page, sign in and approve. Your PayPal credentials never go through the client area.
When you come back, the card says the account is linked. Each invoice in euros is then charged to that account on its due date, and you get the receipt by e-mail.
Top up your credit (invoices in dirhams)
- In Billing › Invoices, Credit and automatic payment tab, click Top up in the Your credit card.
- Enter the Amount excl. tax.
- Click Continue to the payment and pay.
The credit is deducted by itself from your next invoices.
Pay an invoice by card, without automation
An invoice in dirhams can be paid by bank card by hand: in Billing › Invoices, click Pay next to the invoice, then Pay by card. Your card details are entered on the payment page, never in the client area. See Which payment methods do you accept?
If a charge is refused
You get an e-mail with the link to pay the invoice right away. Automatic payment is suspended after several refusals in a row: the card says so and offers to link PayPal again.
