How do I order optional extras (SSL, IP, backup, installation, etc.)?

You can order the following additional services: * SSL certificate * IP address * Additional site * Professional software installation * Off-server backup. To order one of these services together with a new web hosting plan, simply tick the options you want on the additional options configuration page of the order form. To add one of these services to an account already bought from us, sign in to the Client Area > My services/products > View details (of the account concerned). Order the extra you want from the list of Available Extras, and click "Checkout". You will receive a confirmation of the new services within 48 hours at most (often much faster than that!).
