Read and receive your monthly report

Every month we prepare a report for your company that sums up the month gone by: availability of your services, incidents, backups, probes, traffic, protection and upcoming renewals. It's handy for a review with your management or your own customers.
Read a report
- Open Billing › Reports.
- Pick a month on the left. By default the page shows This month so far.
- The preview shows four key figures: Availability, Incidents, Backups and Addresses blocked, each compared with the previous month ("vs the month before"). For availability and incidents, the arrow is green when things improved and red when they got worse.
- Below that: incident details, disks likely to fill up soon, Software updates (for your managed machines, when the feature is open for your account: each machine's software to update and versions at end of life, how many updates were done in the month), and Renewals next month.
The PDF
For a finished month, Show the PDF here opens the report in the page. The download icon next to the month in the list saves the file as rapport-YYYY-MM.pdf.
The current month has no PDF yet: its figures are worked out on the fly. The final report arrives on the 1st of the following month.
Get it by email
Turn on Get it by mail at the top of the page (or Monthly report by mail under My profile › Account). The previous month's PDF is then sent to you on the 1st. This is a personal choice and doesn't change anything for your colleagues.
By default, contacts with administrative or full access receive it and technical contacts don't. Everyone can change the setting.
Who sees what
Every contact can open the reports. Amounts (for example on renewals) only appear for contacts with administrative or full access; technical contacts get the same report without amounts.
Good to know
- The first report arrives on the 1st of the month after your client area opens. Until then, the page shows the current month.
- Reports are also filed under Billing › Documents, in the Monthly reports group, for contacts who can see that page.
- Traffic only appears if we receive your sites' logs.
