Sign in with Google or Microsoft
Updated on 4 November 2026
You can sign in to your client area with your Google or Microsoft account, instead of your password. You first link that account to yours, once.
The buttons show only if our team turned the feature on.
Link your account
- Sign in as usual, with your e-mail address and your password.
- Open Account, tab Sign-in and security, then the Sign in with Google or Microsoft card.
- Click Link a Google account (or Microsoft).
- Choose the account on the provider's page, and accept.
You come back to the Account page, where the linked account shows with its address. If security e-mails are on, you get one confirming it.
On the sign-in page, click Sign in with Google (or Microsoft) and choose your account. That's it.
If you turned two-factor authentication on, your code is still asked right after: the Google or Microsoft account replaces the password, not the second factor.
Remove a linked account
In the card, click Remove next to the account. You then sign in with your password only again.
Good to know
- An account that isn't linked opens nothing, even if it carries the same e-mail address as yours: that's on purpose, so that an identical address at a provider is never enough to get in.
- A Google or Microsoft account can be linked to one contact only.
- Your password stays valid: keep it, it's your fallback.
- Your company's rules (allowed IP addresses) apply to this sign-in too.
Common questions
I see « This account is not linked to a client area access ». You haven't linked that account yet, or you chose another account than the one linked. Sign in with your password, then link it from Account.
I see no button. The feature isn't on: use your password.
