Update your profile and password
Updated on 22 October 2026
The Account page (under My profile, or click your name at the top right, then Account) brings together, in tabs, everything about you personally: your details, your password, your notifications, two-factor authentication and your sessions.
The overview
The page opens on its Overview: the state of your Two-factor authentication, your Signed-in sessions, your Passkeys and your SSH keys when they're offered. A card asks you to Turn on two-factor authentication when it's off, or to make new recovery codes when few are left. The tabs: Profile (your details, the monthly report, notifications on this device, exporting your data), Sign-in and security (two-factor authentication, password, passkeys, Google or Microsoft sign-in, sessions), and depending on your access Servers (SSH keys, startup scripts) and Billing (billing details, referral).
Update your profile
In the Profile tab, Profile card, change your Name, Job title, Phone and Mobile, then click Save. These details help our team reach you, during an incident for instance.
The Language field (Français or English) sets both the language of the client area and that of the e-mails we send you. Until you choose it, your e-mails follow your company's language.
Your E-mail address is your sign-in and can't be changed here. To change it, write to support.
Below the form you'll see your access level for the current company and when you last signed in.
Change your password
- In the Sign-in and security tab, under Change password, enter your Current password.
- Choose a New password of at least 10 characters. The strength meter helps: a phrase of several words is both strong and easy to remember.
- Click Save.
All your other sessions are then signed out; the one you're using stays open.
Forgot your password
- On the sign-in page, click Forgot your password?.
- Enter your email address and click Send me a link.
- Open the link you receive and choose your new password.
The link is valid for one hour and works once. For privacy, the page shows the same message whether or not the address has an access. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder, then ask a colleague who manages the team to send you a link from the Team page.
Good to know
- If you work for several companies, your profile and password are the same for all of them.
- After several failed sign-in attempts, wait a few minutes before trying again.
- For extra protection, turn on two-factor authentication (see "Turn on two-factor authentication").
