Track your renewals and add them to your calendar
Updated on 10 October 2026
The Renewals page (under Billing) shows what's coming up for your company over the next 12 months, month by month. No more surprises: a domain about to expire, a contract invoice to budget for, a service that's ending.
What you'll find
Each line has a date, a type and a name:
- Domain renewal: the next due date of your domain names, including those we registered, marked automatic when auto-renewal is on;
- Product due: your subscriptions and products up for renewal, including those ordered on our website (a VPS at its next due date, with its amount excluding tax, in euros if you are billed in euros);
- a service whose renewal you stopped shows on its end date, without an amount, marked not renewed: ends that day (see « Stop the renewal of a service »);
- Invoice: the invoices your contract schedules, one line per invoice and date;
- Service ending: a service marked to suspend or to terminate, on the planned date.
The list starts a week back, so you can see what just went by. Click a name to open the service, or your invoices to pay.
Contacts with administrative or full access also see amounts, per line and totalled per month. Technical contacts see dates only, with the note "Amounts are shown to the contacts who handle billing."
Subscribe from your calendar
- Click Add to my calendar.
- Confirm with Create the link.
- Copy the address shown (Copy) and add it to your calendar as a subscribed (URL) calendar: Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar.
Renewals show up as all-day events, without any amounts. If you have technical or full access, scheduled maintenances appear there too. If you work for several companies, the same link covers all of them.
Email reminders
Contacts with administrative or full access get an email reminder ahead of domain, product and invoice due dates, typically 30 days and then 7 days before. Service endings don't trigger an automatic reminder: our team talks to you about those directly. For a service ordered on our website, the reminder is the invoice itself: it is sent before the due date, then reminded if it stays unpaid.
Good to know
- The calendar link is personal. Creating a new one turns the old one off, so you'll need to subscribe again with the new address.
- Don't share the link: anyone who has it can see your renewals.
- Calendar apps refresh subscribed calendars at their own pace, sometimes hours after a change.
