Webmail

Updated on 3 November 2026

The Webmail interface lets you read and send e-mails from any computer, using a web interface similar to Hotmail.

To be able to sign in to your Webmail account, make sure you have created an e-mail account as described in the section on that subject.

The web address (URL) to sign in to your Webmail is: http://[yourdomain.com]/webmail (replace [yourdomain.com] with your domain name).

If your domain name is domain.com, your Webmail link is then: http://domain.com/webmail or http://webmail.domain.com/ The system will then ask for your username and password.

Enter your full e-mail address in the username field and the password (the one you chose when the e-mail account was created in the previous step) in the password field. Once signed in, you can choose between three mail programs: Horde, SquirrelMail or RoundCube. Horde offers an interface that is a little more complex but also more powerful than SquirrelMail, and RoundCube offers a friendly interface enriched with web 2.0 features (Ajax, autocompletion...), but all three offer the same basic features.

You are therefore free to choose the interface that suits you best.

Note: you cannot read your e-mails by clicking the Webmail icon in cPanel; you must use the link above and enter your full e-mail address in the username field, along with your password.
