I cannot sign in to cPanel! Why?
Updated on 3 November 2026
If you cannot sign in to cPanel (the hosting management panel), several causes and solutions are possible, depending on the problem.
PROBLEM 1 - A window appears asking for your username and password, but your details are not accepted SOLUTION: You are probably entering the wrong password or username. Check your details and try again.
PROBLEM 2 - No window appears, my web browser shows Page Not Found as the error. SOLUTIONS: 1. Check the address you entered. You can use www.yourdomain.com/cpanel, but if your domain name does not work properly you will have to use the fixed address of your cPanel; you will find it in your account opening e-mail and through your account in the Client Area 2. If this still does not work, your network probably blocks secure access as a security measure. You can then try the non-secure cPanel access by entering the address http://cpanel.yourdomain.com in your web browser (replace yourdomain.com with your own domain name).
If after all these steps you still cannot sign in, please contact our technical support team with the details of your problem.
