To block these messages on all your hosted e-mail accounts:

1. Sign in to cPanel
2. In the E-mail Management Tools section, click Global Filters
3. Under Create a filter, click Create a new filter
4. Enter the following:
   1. Filter: any name for this rule
   2. Rules: From - equals - EMAIL (EMAIL is the e-mail address to block)
   3. Actions: Discard Message
5. Click the Activate button

To block these messages on a single e-mail address:

1. Sign in to cPanel
2. In the E-mail Management Tools section, click User Filters
3. Next to the e-mail address concerned, click Manage filters
4. Under Create a filter, click Create a new filter
5. Enter the following:
   1. Filter: any name for this rule
